This company is amazing. I can't tell you how many times they've helped me when I got overwhelmed and missed a payment, nor how much money they have saved me in the plans they set up for me. A much overdue THANK YOU to the entire team!
It takes a lot for me to take time of my day to leave it a review, however one word sums this company up, Horrible. While I'm not a customer I have made multiple attempts since 2/26/24 to contact someone about securing Insurance to no avail. I have left multiple messages both email and via phone with multiple associates ( I will refrain from using names) and have received no call back nor response. Maybe this will get their attention but I suspect not.
I would recommend SIG to anyone and have referred many friends and colleagues. I recently moved out of state and unfortunately had to change insurance brokers but SIG and Rob Flajole were always very responsive and helpful anytime I needed their assistance. Rob went out of his way to keep my rate down and help me during any claims. He also was willing to do whatever needed when I had to transition to a new broker when I moved. Dont hesitate use SIG and Rob.
