Wonderful people to work with. Stuart was very professional, personable, and thorough during the walkthrough. He was sure to explain everything in detail to both myself and my fiancé. Both Stuart and Melanie were so knowledgeable and we will definitely be trusting them with any inspections in the future.
Melanie was so kind and incredibly helpful. She answered every question I asked with detailed information and made me feel really confident about my purchase. I didn't end up getting to use them for my actual inspection due to time constraints-my fault- however, I will definitely use them for all future purchases.
Spradling Home Inspections was beyond incredible to work with. Melanie and Stuart were wonderful in all stages of the process. They were willing to take the time to engage with my husband and I. This is my second time using the Spradling's for a home inspection. I am so glad I called them again. Melanie and Stuart are easy to reach and so delightful to talk to. They are incredibly detail oriented and thorough. I like that they don't just point out problems, but also communicate the good things they see.
