I knew what car I wanted to look at and called ahead, the sales kid was able to have it out front when I got there and we road tested it. No brainer for him, don't remember his name. Finance guy, Mike I think, tried slipping in the extended warranty after I made it clear I wasn't interested, and I had to make him redo the paperwork to remove it, all the while having to hear about how I didn't understand, and how it wasn't him, and it was all me.
