It took over 7.5 hours to complete an oil change and fluid flush on my 2023 2500 HD. When I went to pick up my truck the diesel tech forgot to plug my transmission line back in. Drove my truck down the block and realized something was off. If there is any future damage to my transmission I expect Spradley to cover it.
Have tried calling them 3 days straight to schedule a service appointment on my vehicle I have called multiple times and left multiple voicemails “THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS OR ANSWER”
Possibly the worst experience I’ve had at a dealership ever. I took my car in for a head gasket replacement provided my own gaskets and seals and they seem to do it. Afterwards they say it needs an oil pump not checking THE COMMON PROBLEM on Chevy Sonic the oil pressure relief valve which is a 10$ replacement. They quoted me another 500+ in labor and parts for the oil pump which wasn’t even the problem afterwards.
