Quick and simple: No matter how many times you tell them you want a certain brand/product to be used on/in your vehicle, ALWAYS remind them. I bug them every time since I bought the truck in 2014 to use MOBIL1 FULL SYNTHETIC OIL and they always say 'we know...it's on your account and on the paperwork'. I had an amazing experience. I knew what vehicle I wanted and Brandon helped me work through to make a decision on an Explorer Platinum or ST based on my preferences. I am thoroughly impressed with not only the level of personal service and attention to detail, but the genuine kindness that Brandon and Katie (finance) provided.
