What a great experience with the team at Ken Garff in Cheyenne. They really worked to meeting the families needs.
DO NOT take your vehicle here for repairs. I broke down outside of Cheyenne and had my vehicle towed here a week ago. Since then, there have been ZERO updates regarding diagnostics or when I can expect services to be completed. I was initially quoted two days and now I can’t get ahold of anyone despite numerous attempts. I’m incredibly frustrated and wishing I would’ve just had my vehicle towed to Denver.
Salesman was friendly and not pushy. Extensively went through all the settings with me to set up my preferences.
Juanita and Karina were great! Missed out on the the first Bronco I wanted but they found an even better one for me!
This dealership has been amazing to work with they got the price down to a pretty good deal and has worked with me on everything to fix the issues my car had when I bought it. It has been the best experience ive had buying a car and working with a service department ever
