Very poor service, staff is very rude, once they have your money they are unwilling to help you with anything. I will never buy from any spradley dealership again. I have dealt with people from the ford shop and Kia shop. In both places I was treated like sh**t by staff. Every one from the GM Troy miller, to the service department Brendan are very rude.
