My daughter has had her first few sessions with Kyle and it's going great.
Extremely affordable compared to other therapy places, despite my insurance being out of network. The vibes of both offices are lovely, very creative, very queer, very kind. Art is a wonderful enhancement to talk therapy, gives my hands something to do while talking, and gives me an outlet for certain feelings that we can talk about as well. My therapist, Sydney, is an absolute delight to spend time with. Gentle, insightful, and funny. Would 100% recommend this place; in fact, I already have.
Spotted Rabbit is so incredibly warm and welcoming, it's rare to find a therapy practice that you just really look forward to going to for appointments! Lyrah Wallace is an incredible therapy and a kind soul, I can't recommend them enough!
As someone who has struggled with talk therapy in the past and who has been insecure about giving mental health services a try in general, I can’t recommend the team at Spotted Rabbit enough. Their approach to support is creative, individualized, and you get to set the pace. Using art to tackle situations indirectly has been incredibly helpful and takes a lot of the pressure off of finding the right words to talk about these issues. I’ve really enjoyed working with Emma and highly recommend checking the business out.
We found Spotted Rabbit during a therapy search for my elementary school aged son. He has struggled with mental health, acceptance, and some other difficult feelings. I was at a loss with what to do because everywhere I called wasn’t accepting new patients. A friend recommended Spotted Rabbit and I figured it couldn’t hurt to reach out.
