Very pleased with the service. Everyone in the office was very friendly. Dr Baker was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable and confident with this clinic and Dr. Baker.
I dont usually review places but I should considering I rely on them to find good people. I had a very short and extremely sad experience and SAH this afternoon. We are not regular patients there. The long and the short of it is our beloved family dog passed away today before Spotsylvania animal Hospital could do anything for us. But the high level of accommodation, sympathy, and care we got for that terrible 30-45 minutes of our Monday afternoon was really all we could have asked for. We’ve brought our animals here for check ups and emergencies and I’ve had wonderful experiences every time. They love my animals and are so friendly to me and my family. They especially loved my Great Dane and as she reached the end of her life, their kind support and love helped us so much. They helped us make tough decisions. They hugged me. They cried with us. They gave us deep sympathy and I’m forever grateful.
Thanks for helping me keep CC (Coco) healthy! She’s ready for her snow day!
