First and foremost Ed's communication and professionalism are outstanding. On time and charged per the quote. Would highly recommend to any family or friends. Cost was about half of the big companies but service is double or triple the quality.
Ed was fantastic to work with! I currently have 1 dog and was fostering another at the time. My carpets were struggling as we were trying to get potty training under control. Now they look amazing! Ed was super quick to respond and very professional. He gave me a great deal as well. The carpet in my house wasn't the highest quality so I wasn't sure how well it would clean up but the pet stains are all gone and the general traffic areas look less worn down now as well.
