This was my second outstanding experience with Spotlight Studios, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. Extremely Disappointed with the Customer Service I called to book an appointment based on one of the packages listed on their Groupon page, which clearly stated a two-hour photo session with one retouched image. The person who answered the phone rudely denied that the package even existed and insisted they only offer maternity sessions. I calmly reread the exact details from the Groupon listing, and when I said I’d reach out to Groupon to report the discrepancy, he replied, “Do what you have to do,” and hung up on me.
