Extremely Disappointed with the Customer Service I called to book an appointment based on one of the packages listed on their Groupon page, which clearly stated a two-hour photo session with one retouched image. The person who answered the phone rudely denied that the package even existed and insisted they only offer maternity sessions. I calmly reread the exact details from the Groupon listing, and when I said I’d reach out to Groupon to report the discrepancy, he replied, “Do what you have to do,” and hung up on me. Absolutely did not know how to take newborn pictures. He kept asking me to prop my baby up but she was 3 weeks old and had no head control yet. I finally had to tell him to take pictures from above while she was laying flat. He also took family pictures of us but did not pose us, fix hair, posture, nothing. Overall, I’m glad I only paid $25 but upset that I couldn’t get good newborn pictures done.

My experience here was nothing less than phenomenal. The entire staff was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. I’ve booked with them three times and there will definitely be more in the future. Danny, Stefanie and Phoenix thank you so much! 🤎
