Hello, I just wanted to let you know that I am very, very disappointed with the quality of the video. It’s either too bright, or too dark throughout the entire thing. The transitioning from scene to scene is done very poorly. Because the footage was taken too close, during the kids dances, they’re cut off and you cannot see the full court. The angles everything was captured at was also done poorly. Not to mention the unedited photos. I’m still trying to understand what the “upgrade” was. No answers days before a contracted event without even the common decency to respond to the bride, family or anyone who calls. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Now a special event won't be recorded and no time to hire someone else. Be wary of hiring this company.
