Do not order online from Spotlight. They did not deliver a product I ordered and have not refunded me. An absolute scam.
Useless company, get put on hold for ages then diverts to an o’seas call centre that can’t understand simple English!
Went into spotlight Taree and was told no stock on hand of the Koo Evelyn Double Quilt so I ordered it online and had to pay postage. Went in again later that day to find 2x of the exact ones I needed on the shelf. Called head office to be told all I could do is return it to the taree store. Yet I am still out of pocket the delivery fee. Poor service, no customer satisfaction here. Should at least be refunded the delivery fee!
I ordered 11m of fabric online for a continuous curtain, I was sent 8m of fabric and refunded the other 3m. When I contacted the customer service I was told that this is within their terms and conditions!! Absolutely crazy why would anyone accept a shortfall of fabric when they have specifically ordered a certain amount of fabric. I was charged $33 for bulky postage of 8m of useless fabric and was sent 11m of curtain heading tape to fit to my 8m of fabric.
