I have just purchased 4 items from another company after checking price and availability at my local Spotlight store. The item was a Logan and Mason feather pillow , priced at Spotlight for $60.00, other outlets priced at $34.00 to $35.00. Spotlight state that they have a "price beating guarantee...I think not ........
Very disappointed customer....I have ordered some blinds & organized installation...in the meantime I received a message to have blinds installed earlier...good...I rang Spotlight to confirm earlier installation & was told the new date had been filled...my message was that I reply by 2pm to confirm....I replied early morning to be told that the new timeslot had been taken....why??....are you giving me a 2pm timeslot to confirm if that's not the case..... I would like a call back from someone to explain....I have spent in exc... read more

When this company first opened they were wonderful. Good staff, top quality goods, and well stocked. Since then the stores l shop at the quality has lessened, staff reliability has failed, try getting a straight edge on material, and stock availability is unreliable. Not to mention huge gaps in dress patterns. I prefer to shop at a store 30 minutes away instead of Spotlight 5 minutes away because l know my trip will be successful.
