I appreciate the attentiveness during laser hair removal sessions and the kind staff, but I find it unnecessary for the salon to prompt for tips. Sessions can be over $300 each, and the treatment itself takes less than 10 minutes, so asking for a tip in this context feels awkward and out of place

I loved my face laser hair removal from Spotless laser. The staff is very friendly and helpful every visit. My previous experience for laser elsewhere was a complete wastage of my time and money and not effective at all. They used some old type of laser maybe IPL or something but I did not see any change on my face. Now with only 4 sessions, more than half of my hair growth on cheeks and neck is gone. I recommend their machines over any other place I have been to. 10/10 for service and effectiveness 👍

I had a consultation at Spotless Laser in Surrey with Surbhi, who explained the membership options very well. Initially, I decided to go with the $199/year plan which included 12 sessions, but after consulting with my friends and analyzing my own skin needs, I realized monthly treatments might be too frequent according to my skin condition and needs .
