We were called by this service and they offered a service that included window cleaning as well as the screens and window tracks for a set price. They quoted the price without ever seeing the house and when a lone individual showed up with nothing more than a bucket, some window cleaner and some paper towels as well as a folding ladder I suspected this was going to be a less than acceptable job.
