FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD... I beg you to read this... I just got a move out clean which was pathetically done and I disputed and now I see 5 charges each of $300+ past 2 weeks... I really beg u to not consider this company.. luckily I am fraud protected and I am suing them now for this but please be aware and folks who availed their service through thumbtack I pity u... I want u to please check your bank accounts, they will suck money out of you... I am reporting this company to the authorities...
Worst experience ever. They were late. Took forever. And only had one lady cleaning and I still had to clean up after. So upset.
As an ex employee, I would have to say... Stay away from the company!!! My paychecks alone would bounce, i have heard many complaints from customers for the service given from the office (not our cleaning cleaning per say). I WAS the house keeping supervisor, and had to handle speaking with a lot of customers (and built great relationships with them), but when I couldn't handle the situation for whatever the reason, I would have to refer them to the office... They had 4 people come out and didn't clean at all! They took advantage of a disabled woman who has limited mobility! All they did was goof off for 3 hours!! Dont use this company unless you want it done half***.
The Manager, Tom is misleading about details of service. They don’t do laundry but I clearly asked and was told they will at the time of my visit. It’s even listed on the invoice as a a service I requested. This man who represented the company horribly, then tells me he doesn’t care what I want and is going to charge me $200.00 dollars! Do not get tricked by these people. TOM argued with ME the Customer for 30 minutes instead of apologizing for all the inconsistencies.
