I wouldn't use this service again. It feels more like a temp agency. I'm assuming that based on the reviews that some of the cleaners are good, but it really is a crap shoot. The don't seem to have training or quality control, which makes me even more suspicious if they even know the people they are sending to my house. To their credit, when you have a complaint, they will try to resolve it. Unfortunately, their is no true oversight or training.
