Ann with Spotless clean took great care of us! We own a rental property and when our tenants moved out the place was a disaster. I called Ann and she was over within maybe two days to look the place over, provided a quote, and we were scheduled for the clean within 4 days of requesting. The service was fast and they did a very detailed job, even weeding the front little flower bed and scrapped off the paint over spray on some windows. Spotless clean helped us clean our home before we listed it for sale. Ann was a great communicator and easy to reach. I felt she was fair and honest in her pricing. They used top tier cleaning products, for example Bono floor cleaner.
Do not hire Michelle. She is a thief and will steal from your home while cleaning. She stole my rent money and the money I pulled out for the cleaning job. I know exactly how much money I had because I had went to the bank to get my rent money and money to pay her before she came to the job. The money was in an envelope on the kitchen counter now the envelope is gone. No one else besides myself was in the home at the time the money came up missing.
