I scheduled a carpet cleaning service three weeks ago. They canceled because of truck issues. I get that, stuff happens. They refused to reschedule with me the following because they had "more important" costumers. I could not believe that lack of customer service. I had used this company four times in the past and had recommended many people to them. I will NEVER use them again, nor will I recommend them.
