Poor customer service from the owner.
Cursing out a customer show low communication ability and disrespect. Start over, when there is a problem you ask questions, find out the issue and then resolve like you had some up bringing, your response reflect those who raised you, get it together people..
It can improve its customer service, you should not be cussing out women, you should be shutdown for things like that

Went here for the 1st time on New Years. Never again!!! They did a horrible job cleaning my car. When I told them the guy mumbled under his breath and walked off. I had to go home and clean my car myself.
