Don’t risk having your vehicle damaged. Employees don’t care, owner does not care. I was in a rush and stopped by, asked the employees about having a roof rack because I knew it could be an issue. They said it was fine and sent me through. The wash machine pretty much lifted the front of my Land Rover when it snagged the roof rack, pushed my roof rack backwards about 5 inches, broke my a-pillar trim, and now my windshield leaks from the corner where the pillar was damaged. damage was done to my car during the wash, pictures taken immediately and addressed with the only employeeon site. all photos and call logs document all of this. did what i was told and now I'm a liar and a scammer! very unprofessional and down right mean!
I would highly recommend Spotless Auto!! Not only is the car wash great, but the customer service is awesome!! I have my truck cleaned there at least once a week. My entire family goes there for their car washes. The staff are always friendly and go out of their way to make you feel appreciated and my truck always leaves clean, shiny, and spotless.
They could pay for a working business phone. Rings busy. Ran my car through the wash with faulty equipment. Scrubbed paint off my front bumper in several spots. Workers deny any responsibility. I can't be the only one whose car was damaged by Spotless Auto Wash World.
I don’t mind paying high prices when the service is good. Y’all should lower your prices tho...
