The guy up front was really nice and even answered a few questions I had. Hands down best car wash in the area. You could tell they spent a lot of money on this car wash.....both my truck and car come out looking Sharp.

Check rear diff not done check transfer case not done check front diff not done check grease fittings not done and on there plague before you go in says they check these but where never touched called they said come in again we will do it ....hmmmm why wasn't it done the first time I wonder and how many other ppl have they screwed over saying they did these things
Anyone ever have problems with Spotless Auto Lube & Wash in Hastings? They didn't do half of what they were supposed to do during an oil change. Tell me if it looks like they touched any of these fittings with tools to lube them?! And let me know if you think my oil filter is new...
Car wash does everything except wash the car. Have come out of the wash multiple times and there are brush marks and film all down the sides and rear of my car. Have gone in the wash before with just dust on the car and came out with a dirtier car than when I went in. I will choose any other car wash than this place or just deal with a dirty car.
