Requested a deep clean for a move in. Wanted to charge me $475 to deep clean. They took less than 2 hours to clean the entire house & when they were done, many things were still dirty. Requested to have my money back & was told it was unfair to do that since they went out to clean & only gave me half my money back. they came back and wanted to only clean what I sent pictures of and nothing else. Ericka and her team have been truly a blessing for me! They come on a regular set schedule to clean my home. I have a large hairy yellow lab, a toddler and husband - so I called SOS! The team is always on time, very friendly, extremely hard working, trustworthy & do a fantastic job. My stress level just melts away when they leave.
NOTE1: 2 stars = I have experienced better. The ladies who came did a good job where they cleaned. My house smelled and looked clean. I did a walk through and saw that they did most of what they were supposed to and was happy with their performance. I was busy while they were cleaning; but, went back to their site after the cleaning to double check what they offer in their Deep Cleaning, which is what I asked for.
