I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again: Kelly is absolutely magic in human form. She is truly the best of the best. Her care, intuition, and presence are unmatched, and you can feel how deeply she loves what she does. Every experience with her feels intentional, grounding, and so supportive. I always leave feeling lighter, seen, and completely taken care of.

This place is gorgeous and clean. There are so many services offered but I was just there for the bathhouse portion. The sauna, steam room, hot tub, and cool pool were clean and had plenty of space. The rest room had tea and water plus plenty of resting space for when you need a break from the water. I definitely will be coming back and want to book a service this next time.
UPDATE: I connected with the GM at Watershed after posting my initial review. She generously offered me another chance to get a massage at the spa. This second massage from Savita was great. Appreciate the compassionate customer service from Sandy and the desire to make things right following a less than stellar first experience. Lovely space and ambiance, but I had the worse massage of my life here with Izzy.
