Rip off. Sent out one guy to hot steam relatively already clean hard tile and just the main walkway on bedroom and dining room carpet: $894.00.!!! No, that's not a typo EIGHT HUNDRED + bucks! The photos show the areas done and since its been about 18 months ago, that is basically what it looked like when the guy came to do the work. He was alone and here for 2 hours.Hell, $800+ dollars!?! Josh and his team are so amazingly good!! The whole process was wonderful. Josh gave me an estimate and some suggestions which were very much appreciated. He then came today to clean the carpets and rug, and they were absolutely wonderful! They did such an amazing job. I honestly feel like we got new rugs. They look great. Josh is a really nice person and it is a pleasure doing business with him. He is coming back soon to clean our sofas!

I have been working with spot out for a while and I am very pleased with who they are and how they treat me. Rugs always come out satisfactory knowing rugs will be rugs no matter how wmuch you clean them. I recommend spot out highly
