Having our 2 year old son see Char Laursen was one of the best decisions we made for him at a young age. She truly cares about the kiddos and it shows through her one on one work. Not only did he love going to see her every week, his language took off shortly after she started working with him. She also gave us suggestions and ideas on how we could work with him at home, which was extremely helpful. Occupation therapist was showing her frustration on my kids . Kids can be only kids .
Char Laursen is an exceptional speech pathologist. She was able to help our nonverbal daughter, even when neurologists told us she would likely not ever talk and may need institutionalization. She progressed rapidly and is now able to speak today almost solely as a result of Mrs. Laursen's efforts. She is not only phenomenal at speech pathology but she is also exceptionally kind hearted. She truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend her.
