I called at 1:30am and Caitie answered my call. It was nice talking to an actual person and not a machine answering system. She was able to have Hayden come out later that same day. He was able to clean out my pipes and fix my drainage problem. Was very thorough and kept me informed through the whole process. Highly recommend Spot On Plumbing. They were quick and courteous and actually listened to my concerns.

Ran into an issue when remodeling. Customer service got me an appt within the hour. Hayden came out promptly and repaired the water line. As a bonus he inspected my aging and out of code water heater and replaced it. I truly appreciate the quick response and concern for my safety. Definitely will use them again.

Mitchell, Easton, Aiden and Brandon were at my house today looking for a leak on the slab. It was found and all debris was cleaned up nicely. Thanks for responding to my call so quickly. I will retain Spot On because you now know the history of my house. Thanks again. Another day. New water pressure valve. Feel safe to get it replaced and upgraded. Thanks Mitchell.

Preston and Tato took time to properly assess the issue (even under our narrow crawlspace) before starting any work, then efficiently completed the repair by replacing the kitchen sink drain section. They were responsive, intentional in their communication, and took time to walk through all our remediation options and realistic timelines without any pressure. They didn... read more
