The tech that came out was awesome and very informative. Wonderful gentleman named Preston. I have several issues that need to be given attention so when it came time for the quote, I wasn't surprised by the number however, and as I explained to him -- I cannot in good faith or conscience do business with a company that charges a base rate of $450 to install a toilet for a customer -- not purchasing and install, just install -- especially when I just installed one recently and know that the cost and labor of it is not $450. ... read more
