I am very pleased with the job of re-piping our house by Spot On. Ryan and crew were prompt, dependable, thorough and very respectful of our house and time. It was apparent that the Spot On guys knew what they were doing and Ryan very kindly allowed me to whine because I didn’t have water. I hope I never have to call for a plumber again but, if I do, I will definitely be calling Spot On. I highly recommend them.

Hayden and Michael were awesome! They gave me realistic options on how to fix our plumbing issue and did not try to upsell me. Super nice guys
OVERPRICED and you have to double triple check the fees before you agree to anything. I WAS TOLD IT WAS A $65 SERVICE FEE AND THEN WHEN THEY ARRIVED, I WAS TOLD IT WAS A $185 DIAGNOSTIC FEE, BUT I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD WAIVE BOTH IF THEY DID ANY REPAIRS. RATHER THAN DOING THAT, THEY TACKED ON EXTRA FEES IN THEIR ESTIMATE. BUT SINCE THEY ALREADY DID THEIR DIAGNOSTIC, I HAD TO PAY THEM $185 TO FIX NOTHING.
