Mike took his time to explain every step of the cleaning, even he suggested what it could be done differently to keep the carpet neat. Highly recommended no doubts about their products and the efficiency of the job
09-19-2025. Spot on carpet care cleaned our couch today. WOW what an amazingly wonderful difference!! It looks new again and smells real nice. Mike is the owner and was also our technician today. Nicest guy and honest too. Thank you Mike for all your hard work, advice and expertise. We'll see you again very soon. We're beyond happy with his work and love that he's also a dog lover.
Mike has done great work for me! He got a stain out of our carpet i thought would never come out! Highly recommend
He wouldn't move anything to clean behind it. He overcharged me and was less than honest I feel he is setting a poor example for his teenage son who worked with him.
