Wouldn’t recommend. First time customer but never going back. Got my wool jacket back and didn’t look anything was done to it. Still lint and dog hairs on it and could still see wrinkles so I took it back and they said they charge extra to get lint off. Very disappointed.
I was concerned about the 2 star rating of Spot Masters but needed a sleeping blanket cleaned. The staff were respectful, courteous and helpful and I decided to take a chance on getting my sleeping blanket cleaned. I was totally pleased when I came by a week later to pick it up - it was clean and smelled great, and looked as good as new. Jean
