I called because the fluid had leaked out of the level and I was concerned because I couldn't find my warranty info. I needn't have worried. They asked me to send it back and they would take care of it, and likely have it done in 48 hours. Well, not only did they replace the level, but also every bolt or screw that was starting to look old. They also replaced the ring tape and the cover that goes over the fiber optic pin wraps. ALL WITHOUT ME ASKING AND AT NO COST! A great company with great customer service!
Customer service is amazing! I emailed about a missing bolt on my sight and they sent one in the mail the very next day at no charge to me! I'll be a Spot Hogg customer for life!
