Quite disappointed tonight. Waited for 50 minutes. We have been here before and have not had an issue. We were told there was " A lot of phone in orders" , which I understand. But, 50 minutes... so unfortunately we left.

Worst Spot experience ever. I waited an HOUR for food after using the ordering app. The only reason we even received the order was due to me calling the restaurant on my phone, since no car hop even bothered to come up to my vehicle when I arrived at the restaurant. Food was brought out cold, over cooked and missing part of our order which was only discovered after getting home to eat. If you can’t manage the App you set up to take orders and your cooks can’t keep up.......hire someone who can oversee what’s happening before your business tanks. Lousy service tonight......worst burger hands down in years.......and not a person in sight inside your establishment wearing a mask. I won’t be back. ‘The Spot’ has slipped Big Time!
Very fast and convenient, the food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend for a good burger, fries, and shake!
After a rough patch this summer which is understandable this year, the food is back to like the old days. Great service as always and the burgers are addictive, been here like 3 or 4 times a week now for a couple months. Just like I remember from when I worked here in the late 90s as a teen.
Burgers are classic... Great food.
The Spot is a classic drive-in. I have a few “favorite” burgers, and none better than The Spot. Quality of the entire menu is tops!
