Aaron was awesome. He spent extra time working on spots and problem areas. He asked me to identify each stain because different items (blood, mustard, ink) need to be treated with different chemicals. Before he left my house, we went back over the entire area to make sure that I was satisfied with the job. Honest, hardworking guy. Highly recommend him.
I called the office on Monday and Aaron was out on Wednesday. He was very professional, going over the proper protocol for our particular needs.
