A guy in a beanie and glasses took my order and the interaction was very strange. He seemed so out of it like he was drunk or on drugs. I then proceeded to wait 20 minutes for a latte he made in the wrong size and put vanilla in it instead of brown butter flavor. My sandwich was burnt as well. Horrible experience for the price I paid and I am not returning.
This is my favorite Spot location. The food and service is always phenomenal and the manager, Maddie, has the absolute BEST customer service skills!
