Do not go to this doctor. I had to pay an extra $100 for another radiologist to read the MRI cause he did not trust the radiologist who read it. Well ok fine...two eyes looking at my issue. Come to find that he only does surgery in his own surgery center! He DOES NOT do surgery in any hospital! And they want the patient to pay it in full and then they bill your insurance. I would have never gone there if I knew this. You are forewarned.
This place is Awesome!!!!! I was a little nervous after reading the reviews but today was our second visit and this whole staff including the Dr. and PA....are all Rockstars for me . WASTE OF MY PRECIOUS TIME, REALLY ANNOYING, I WAS WAITING FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR & TWO DIFFERENT PATIENTS ARRIVED AFTER US & WERE SERVED FIRST THAN US, WHICH IS TOTALLY NOT OKAY. UNHAPPY & DISAPPOINTED. BY THE WAY I WANT TO ADD, IF YOU ARE NOT VERY PATIENT ENOUGH TO WAIT, DO NOT GO HERE.
I can’t believe how unprofessional this dr was, very rude receptionist and dr smith himself told my father “why should I do this surgery if your going to die anyways” those were his exact words couldn’t believe our ears. This dr should have his license revoked. if he TALKS such way To his patients, I’d be terrified to have him perform any kind of surgical procedure on anyone.
