Looking for help on a solution with a vehicle, and after a few back and forth emails they finally let me know they were booked for a year and couldn’t accommodate getting me a quote or further the conversation on what ways we could make something work. I didn’t feel like they ever entertained my inquiry with a level of care or seriousness. I hope your experience is better than mine was

Working with Sportsmobile made buying a van easy and fun. They helped us realize our vision for the van we wanted and custom built it with quality parts and care for details. The van is amazing and we have lived out of it comfortably for months at a time. Whenever we have had any issues, and there have only been minor issues, we were able to take the van to the shop in Austin and have them addressed promptly. Working with Sportsmobile went really well and they were great to work with. Executing a build to fit our vision was a challenge, especially since they had never done our closet/pantry/shelving design in a Ford Transit and they managed to give us a couple of extra inches in the bathroom.
