Sportsmobile has been a great company to work with for our sprinter van. When we moved to Austin, we needed work done on our van. Despite the fact that we didn’t originally buy our van from Sportsmobile, they still helped us out and installed windows and upgraded our sound system. They did an excellent job and finished the work quickly. They were very communicative and pleasant to work with. Everyone that I’ve interacted with at their shop has been great. Highly recommend them for anything camper van related.
Very pleased with the experience of working with the staff at Sportsmobile Austin as well as the finished product. Buying a custom Sportsmobile van is so much different than getting an RV off the lot from some pushy salesperson. They make sure you will be pleased. It can be fairly long process, but well worth the wait. I had ordered the van from the Mesa location and it was produced in Austin.
Looking for help on a solution with a vehicle, and after a few back and forth emails they finally let me know they were booked for a year and couldn’t accommodate getting me a quote or further the conversation on what ways we could make something work. I didn’t feel like they ever entertained my inquiry with a level of care or seriousness. I hope your experience is better than mine was
The team at Sportsmobile did an excellent job upfitting my custom van. Their workmanship is outstanding.
