I just want to tell everyone I can that Julie and her staff at Sportsman's Warehouse in Roanoke Virginia are the most helpful professional folks I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They go above and beyond in customer service. If you go by this store, do yourself a favor and stop in, shop for your hunting and fishing needs. Thank you again Julie.

What is the point of having a 30 day return policy if someone tries to return an item 10 days later and you won't take it back? Of course I used my cooler in those 10 days but your return policy states it must be resalable and your sales clerk said you could resell it just for a little less. I guess I will be buying my hunting, fishing, camping, canoeing and kayaking supplies somewhere else. Kim at the front desk and older man with the VT hat Gander Mountain thanks you.

Love this place, and they love their veterans! Always a knowledgable and friendly staff. Whenever I get a new gun I always go to them.
We shop at Sportsmans Warehouse and we find the staff to be very accommodating, polite and professional. Their selection is good and I look forward to taking some of their classes. Bravo to your friendly, helpful staff.
Excellent customer service. Very respectful and an excellent selection of hunting clothing, traps, ammunition. Pretty much anything you need. I was very impressed. I will come here if I am in Roanoke from now on.
