I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with sportsman’s. I’ve purchased several firearms and they have been more than knowledgeable.
I have to give a shout out to Greg in the Archery department at Sportsman’s. This past Saturday, I brought in a new bow to be set up. While there I bought a D-loop, sight, stabilizer and quiver. He set up my D loop, peep sight, and rest and then helped me paper tune. He did a great job! Update—-back there today (Tuesday) to tweak the peep sight. Great friendly service!
Shopped at Sportsman today for a recurve bow and the man working in the archery section was absolutely AMAZING! His name was Greg Ruth I think and his customer service was IMPECCABLE! He was patient, kind, knowledgeable, so incredibly helpful and fun! After my experience today with him it has 100% made me a lifetime loyal costumer of the store as long as they have amazing people like Mr. Ruth working there. Go see him with any of your archery needs, he is the best!!
The gun counter has terrible customer service. Go to Gander Mountain for your gun needs. They act like they really want your business. Sportsman's Warehouse just lost 3 shotgun purchases,

I purchased long underwear that was 25% off and had to return to get lighter weight. I returned 2 weeks after purchasing (unopened package) and management would not honor sale price.
