Ron in the fishing department was top shelf. He made a bad day end with a smile. Very helpful man.
John, in archery, is wonderful at explaining archery to beginners. He discussed everything from safety first to honing in skills. His wisdom offered me enough confidence to leave the store knowing my son understood the significance of safety with the ability to begin this new adventure. Excellent customer service!

The best store and the best customer service
maybe the rest of the store is ok but the guys at the gun counter all think they are so much better than you...couldn't care less if they help you or not..if you dont fit the look of what they think is a serious customer they wont even acknowledged your alive....wish I could post up the interaction. oh well went to ranch and home and spent my $2100.. next day my buddy went in with $1000 for a scope and I guess they dont like native Americans because they stood behind the counter swapping stories and wouldn't even acknowledge... read more
