Poorest customer service ever, take your business elsewhere like Hole in the Wall, you'd be way better off.
A great many of the employees in the store are not wearing a masks, and of course huge amounts of their customer base are not. I very much wish it was not the only place to buy this infernal oatmeal. The process of attempting an online, curbside pick up transaction had necessitated visiting the store twice.

I can go across town and purchase everything you don’t have on your shelves. Your company appears to be going bankrupt very soon without inventory you cannot sustain a viable business.
they customer service is very poor was just in the shoe department and nobody was there to help
You'll open boxes from China in your back room but you won't exchange the item I bought 2 days ago? Ridiculous. Wear gloves. Wipe down packaging. Use your brains.
They are limiting the amount of ammo you can buy now... I will never step foot in a sportsmans again...

It was my first time walking into Sportsman's Warehouse today. I had called to ask about a hard-to-find item and was really happy to hear they carried a similar product to what I was looking for. The store is clean and very well-organized. I was greeted by a friendly, smiling salesperson in Footwear who found the item for me. The Customer Service representative (doubling as the cashier for a while) was cheerful and sweet. Visiting from San Diego where we do not have cool businesses like Sportsman. I love the layout of the store. I held a Bushman .50 cal (impressive) and received great information at the knives counter. I purchased some outerwear and a Kershaw knife. I shall return.
