Gun prices are decent and they have sales constantly.
I called on Tuesday for some .270 federal fusion 130 grain rounds they told me they were in and would hold 2 boxes for me to pick up on Wednesday (I live 50 miles away and had to work Tuesday). When I got there about 11am on Wednesday I went to the gun desk to be informed that they did not put any behind the counter for me and that they were sold out. Maxwell was amazing. Close to close and he was busy doing something and took time to stop and help me find a Christmas gift I’d been searching the whole store for, and when it was damaged he went out of his way to locate the other one you had in stock that was in good condition. Hire more folks like that guy, made the experience super easy for someone like me who knows nothing about the gift I was trying to buy for a family member lol.
Great experience at sportsman’s warehouse. My kids love to fish and it is new for me. Colby was fantastic at helping us get all the right gear for our needs. Not only did he provide the setup for our rods/reels but he took the time to show me how so I will be able to do it on my own with young kids. I even learned how to tie on the hook. We are very very beginners and he took the time to not only make sure we had what we needed within our budget but also made sure we knew how to use it! Absolutely great service!

Today, you denied a shotgun sell to someone based on her size without a background check. I fully understand you can deny a sell to anyone you choose, but this ridiculous. Then, her Husband called and your weapon(s) salesman changed their story to, “We didn’t know if she was buying the shotgun for herself or someone else.” She’s a Nurse Practitioner and a proactive at the range. Mr. Scott, I'm terribly sorry, but I don't remember us denying a sale of a shotgun to anyone today. We get attempted straw purchases every single day. We must remain diligent in preventing straw purchases, at all costs. We are in the business to sell firearms legally, and that's what we want to do, legally. In today's climate, we cannot be careful enough when it comes to who we sell firearms to. We do not want them getting into the wrong hands.
