I've been in twice this last week and both times waited at the gun counter for what seemed like forever! Without one employee even saying be with you in a minute sir, or anything. and a couple of the employees were talking one with another with no customer around. I finally walked out and made a drive to cabelas and bought me a new Thompson center there. Customer service was much better there, I think I'll be going there from now on 👍
Today my son in law and father went to Sportsman in Riverdale to bye some fishing items, well that's the last time our family will go to that store. When they went to check out my son in law was treated so rudely by the cashier that I was blown away. My son in law is a vet and just because he didn't have his card on him she was the rudest person. He said if she would have been nice about it would have been one thing but to be a very very rude person and treat him so rudely we will not be back and the guy behind him also walk... read more
NEW CABELA'S A HUGE WASTE!! Went to the new Cabela's store in Farmington tonight. What a waste of time. I found only four kids toys to choose from, very little selection of certain fishing supplies and they don't even carry downriggers. Save your time and money and just go to your local Sportsman's Warehouse. Ours in Riverdale has way more stuff and a better variety.
