Sportsman's Warehouse/Helena is a nice store!!! It seems if they don't have what you need or want they will order it for you. Store employees are helpful and friendly! Plus they're willing to donate to local outdoor causes. Nice store!
The staff is usually very friendly and willing to assist. However, there have been times that there was not enough staff, either in various departments or as cashiers. I understand that the volume of customers fluctuates, maybe check your statistical report from the previous year to adjust staff accordingly. I would actually give 4-1/2 stars, but that is not an option. :) Keep excelling in your customer service and will be 5 stars.
I really enjoy the selection and the atmosphere. The only issue I ever have is it seems like you are greeted right away and asked if you need anything but then it's like pulling teeth sometimes to get assistance.
Friendly staff and great return policy. Buddy was able to exchange some pants that had a defect while we were in Alaska even without a receipt. My only complaint is the terrible women's camo selection. Please bring in more selection for those who don't weigh 250#.
