I recently purchased a 2013 Ram Laramie from this dealership and had a great experience working with Chuck. He gave me an amazing deal on the truck, and when I bought it, it was running perfectly with no issues at all. About three weeks after the purchase, the power steering unexpectedly failed due to a known manufacturing defect that has even been the subject of a class-action lawsuit. I was short $3,000 on a beautiful Cadillac Escalade, Don was very flexible and took what I had, and wrote me a bill on good faith. Got to take it home and pay him as my job gave me leave. Car was in excellent shape and the carfax I later got confirmed all he stated about the car. Would recommend him!
