My son called about a fire extinguisher for his 14 foot Lowe boat and the person that answered the phone was fairly rude/acted inconvenienced. This is the exact reason we typically drive to Warsaw for larger purchases. If SOM can’t be bothered helping with the smaller things, then why buy a boat from this outfit?
RecommendedI usually dont recommend businesses. But i have never had a dealer go out of there way to see that i was satisfied with everything like Joe did at Sportsman's Outfitter. I bought a used fish & ski but i was treated like i was laying cash down for the most exspensive boat in the showroom! I will definitely be back and would recommend them to everybody! a 5 star rating in my book!
Carl and his staff always go way beyond what was expected, pre sale and even one year post sale. Give them a call.
I'm not a boating expert but I do know great people and Carl Johnson is the 1st person to call for anything that floats
