Had chicken gizzard's for appetizer...were abysmal...over fried and grease was old. Ask the bartender about having French fries and she looked like a deer in headlights. What a surprise I received today from friends of Sportsman Lodge on this Easter, a delicious meal I didn’t expect! To my decision of staying sheltering in place at this time the thought and meal was delicious and awesome.
Hats off to the wonderful friends at the Sportsman's Lodge on Pine Lake ( across the lake from us!) Serving delicious meals to many in the local area today my parents; and myself included! What a wonderful display of community service, kindness and generosity in these times. Many thanks from my parents Marvin Wolden and Mary Lou, and myself!!
