Waited 20 min for an appointment scheduled a week in advance as other customers who entered the store after me were served. No explanation, no apology. 2nd time in a row this has happened.
I got a haircut today, and the stylist, Katie, wasn’t sure she did a good job, and said she would not be offended if I didn’t like it, but she did a great job and this is probably the best cut I have gotten in a long time.
First time there, my husband will definitely be back!!!

In Lincoln visiting, my son was in need of a haircut. Called them and they booked us right away on a Saturday. The ladies were very nice and did a fantastic job on my son's hair, even he said it looked good.
