i recently purchased a pair of Smith goggles from your store only to notice that there was a scratch on the inside when I returned to the store to exchange them for another pair the customer service rep said the only way I'd be able to exchange them was for a pair without the extra lense or bag which came with the first pair. I'm very busy so I didn't have time to stay and make an issue about it and I ski to much to be worth getting a refund and waiting for another pair (pretty damn lame).
