Bought snow pants on vacation and they didn’t take off the security tag so I’m stuck with snow pants and a security tag �
Good products, but that’s it. We went to purchase our kayaks here, we are younger and sometimes people don’t take us serious. Nobody would help us, because it commission driven. We literally had to walk out and go to Cabelas were we purchased them within 10 minutes. Today I grabbed some gear for hunting and while I was distracted one of your employee’s stickers all my gear, he literally never even said hi, let alone helped me. We have loved Sportsman & Ski Haus since we moved here five years ago, but recently we had a really stellar experience, so we want to give a shout out to Jason! He helped my husband and me pick out a pair of snowshoes for John, my husband. Jason REALLY knows his snowshoes, and this is helped by the fact that he has a pair that he has been using heavily for 15 years. He knows all of the brands, and his personal experience with MSR sold us on these snowshoes for John. Thanks, Jason!!
Awesome customer service from all the staff that I dealt with. I live in Billings and I purchased a paddle board from them as I was going to Kalispell for a SUP trip. That trip was cancelled and one of their employees was going to Lewistown this last weekend and brought it with her. I really appreciate you going above and beyond!
Beautiful store. Well stocked. But, take your plugs for the horrible and loud music.
