Everything and Everyone was GREAT except for the older Asian receptionist. She consistently appears unhappy and lacks a service mindset — almost like a movie villain. Even when I ask a simple question about available booking times, she responds with an irritated attitude, speaks in a harsh tone, and becomes visibly annoyed when I request alternative dates if the initial time doesn’t work.
