My wife took something back to their Hornsby store that was faulty that she purchased from another Sportscraft store. The shop attendant refused to process the return, despite it being very legitimate, and told her that she had to take it back to the Sportscraft store where she purchased it, despite Sportscraft being a national chain. If this is the case, whoever wrote Sports crafts warranty manual needs to step into the 21st century. Really disappointed with store customer service today. I was about to pay for a on sale shirt and redeem my birthday voucher which I have done before ( being customer for many years and has been done this before), staff said could not redeem voucher for on sale products, I showed her my email and voucher no where mentioned this policy, one staff was about to check out for me however Betty Smith said NO in a rude and not professional way, I asked her name, she said I have to tell her my name ; it is ok not to buy from this st... read more

Really disappointed with the customer service today. The Store manager, who has she has been at this store for many years, was totally rude. I've always been a loyal customer. Instead of spending close to $200. I left the products on the counter. I was so shocked by her inappropriate behavior.
