Lisa is great, kind and knows her stuff; however, there is little to no system or process to track progress. I came in on an accident claim and it came to a point where I was going just for them to get paid. My at-home exercises were never updated to coordinate with my progress (because my progress was NEVER monitored). I did the SAME exercises EVERY WEEK FOR MONTHS. Oh yeah I forgot the most important thing. I got my knee done in 2014 and Lisa got me back on my feet. So this time I got a hip replacement so I came back here because of the great treatment I got from Lisa. Just had to add that. 2025
