The staff is exceptionally helpful, caring and knowledgeable. The front desk always has a smile on her face and she is always willing to help. I can definitely say if it wasn't for their 5 star Customer Service I would have missed a lot of my appointments. I'm glad they care and your progress is in their hands. I look for to getting back to my regular activities thanks to Sports Care, you guys are The Best !!! Keep up the Great Work !!! I will miss you when it's time to leave the nest.
I am relatively new to Sportscare Physical Therapy, but I am happy with their services and staff. I found them to be very professional, caring and accommodating. They listen to my needs and respond (e.g. billing and insurance questions, putting a PT plan together, etc... all have been handled to my satisfaction. Also, my physical therapist is Frank Allen, he is highly skilled and knowledgeable. He is also personable and makes patients feel comfortable.
